1.  Training

If you have a virtual assistant or are thinking about getting one, make sure that they have either already had experience with Real Pro Systems, or have them sign up for the training!

2. Upload Your Listings
You have already gone through training so now add all of your listings, add property descriptions, upload photos, add virtual tours and attach pdf files.

If you need a refresher, or you have someone new administering your site you have two options; re-enroll in training (There is no limit to how many times you can attend!!) or you can log into your control panel (www.yourdomainname.com/admin), click on “Online Tutorials” and follow along with the *flash tutorials.   (* The flash tutorials do not contain an audio component)

3.  Update your MLS Search Link
When someone clicks on your Search Listings button, Real Pro's default is Realtor.com.  You can change it to your own link instead directly from your control panel under the My Account button.

4. Upload ALL of Your Leads
Leads come from all sorts of sources, other systems you may use, your open houses, people you meet at networking events and so on.  Take advantage of your automated follow-up drip campaigns and incubate your leads until they are ready to do business.

a. Take all of your leads and upload them into your Real Pro Agent System
b. Call customer service if you have more than 100 leads and we will do it for you!
c. Set new leads up on automated drip campaigns

5Advertise, Advertise, Advertise! 
There are numerous marketing materials in your control panel under Resource Center, then Marketing Your System on the left. 

There are a number of different ways you can advertise your sites (click here for a list of marketing ideas):
 - Newspaper classified ads.
 - Postcards.
 - Magazine ads.
 - Place ads on the back of your flyers.
 - Pay-per-click systems

If you are targeting buyers, advertise your Email Home Search site (see sample).  If you are targeting sellers, advertise your CMA site (see sample).  You can advertise via postcards, magazine ads, newspaper classified ads, pay-per-click marketing systems, etc.  Even place an ad for your stealth sites on the back of your flyers.
